专利说明:

The present invention relates to cleaning agent compositions which contain, in addition to at least one surfactant, at least one special combination of preservatives and at least one additional preservative. The aforementioned cleaning agents have an exceptional cleaning effect and at the same time good preservation.
In addition, the present invention relates to the use of the cleaning composition according to the invention for cleaning and care of the skin and / or hair.
Because of their composition, the cosmetic agents can serve as a nutrient medium for germs and microorganisms. These germs can, on the one hand, cause microbial contamination of the consumer, on the other hand, they can modify the ingredients of cosmetics and thus form substances causing undesirable effects such as sensitivity or skin irritation. To avoid these unwanted consequences and to ensure a certain minimum duration of use of cosmetics, they must be kept. But since preservatives possess an irritating potential, their use in cosmetics is strictly regulated.
The microflora of the skin has a determining influence on different cosmetic parameters. Thus, pathogenic germs such as Staphylococcus aureus play a decisive role in the formation of cutaneous impurities. The latest studies also reveal that unbalanced skin microflora can affect skin aging because undesirable germs can lead to increased immune defense of the skin, which in turn increases inflammatory responses in which aging markers of the skin are stimulated.
There is therefore still a need for preservative compositions that prevent colonization of the product or the skin by undesirable germs on the one hand and, on the other hand, that do not disturb or substantially disturb the natural flora of the skin. .
The mixture of different antimicrobial substances to enhance the antimicrobial activity is in principle known. Thus, WO 03/043 593 A1 proposes to combine traditional antibacterial substances such as triclosan, phenoxyethanol or hexetidine with lauric ethyl arginate to enhance the antibacterial effect. Patent WO 2007/014580 A1 proposes mixtures of preserving agents which contain, in addition to lauric ethyl arginate, salts of organic and inorganic acids, in particular sodium citrate, sodium acetate and glutamate. Sodium fumarate, sodium malate, sodium gluconate, sodium laurate, sodium lactate, sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium t-butyl hydroquinone, sodium propyl parahydroxybenzoate or sodium glucosamine hydrochloride or ethanolamine. Cosmetic compositions which contain a mixture of preservatives based on lauryl ethyl arginate and parabens, imidazolidinyl urea, phenoxyethanol, hydantoin DMDM, 2-methyl-5-chloro-3,4-isothiazolinone / 2-methyl-3,4-isothiazolinone and quaternium-15 are disclosed in EP 1414394 B1.
It is therefore necessary to develop antimicrobial compositions that are very effective in small quantities.
The present invention therefore aimed to prepare cleaning compositions having an exceptional cleaning and caring effect and, at the same time, good preservation. In particular, it was necessary to find synergistic preservative mixtures which are very effective at low concentrations and which allow the manufacture of cleaning compositions causing little irritation or sensitivity because of the amounts used overall reduced. In addition, no preservatives perceived as critical by the consumer should be used. In addition, the quality and quantity of the foam should not be adversely affected by the addition of the preservative mixture.
Surprisingly, it has been discovered that the use of certain preservative blends in surfactant cleaning compositions results in a synergistic effect with respect to the preservative effect. This makes it possible to reduce the amount of preservatives used without having a negative impact on the preservative effect. Due to the reduced amount of preservatives, the cleaning compositions of the invention cause little irritation and sensitivity. In addition, the addition of blends of preservatives improves the quality and quantity of foam. The object of the present invention is therefore a cleaning composition, comprising in a cosmetically acceptable support a) at least one surfactant chosen from the group comprising anionic surfactants, cationic surfactants, amphoteric surfactants, nonionic surfactants, and mixtures of these and b) at least one mixture of preserving agents selected from the group consisting of chloroxylenol and phenoxyisopranol undecylenic acid and formic acid phenoxyisopropanol and piroctone-olamine phenoxyisopranol and formic acid a or more than one sulfite and hexetidine phenoxyisopranol and formic acid lauric ethyl arginate and chloroxylenol hexetidine and benzyl alcohol hexetidine and chloroxylenol hexetidine and piroctone olamine hexetidine and chlorhephenine hexetidine and formic acid, and mixtures thereof, and c) at least one additional preservative selected from in the group consisting of benzoic acid and its salts, propanoic acid and its salts, salicylic acid and its salts, sorbic acid and its salts, zinc salts, one or more parabens, polyaminopropyl biguanide , phenoxyethanol, climbazole, chlorhexidine and its salts, quaternary ammonium compounds, glutaral, citric acid and its salts, and mixtures of these preservatives.
According to the invention, the term "mixture of preserving agents" is understood to mean a mixture consisting of two preservatives previously mentioned in characteristic b).
The percentage by weight refers here, and unless otherwise indicated, to the total weight of the cleaning composition according to the invention, the total of all the ingredients of the agent according to the invention being equal to 100% by weight.
The first main ingredient a) that comprises the cleaning composition according to the invention is at least one surfactant selected from the group consisting of anionic surfactants, cationic surfactants, amphoteric surfactants, nonionic surfactants, and mixtures thereof.
The term "surfactant" is intended to mean amphipatic (bifunctional) compounds according to the invention, which consist of at least one part of hydrophobic molecule and at least one part of hydrophilic molecule. The hydrophobic residue is preferably a hydrocarbon chain comprising 8 to 28 carbon atoms and which may be saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched. In a particularly preferred manner, this C8-C28 alkyl chain is linear.
By anionic surfactants is meant surfactants comprising exclusively anionic fillers. The surfactants in question preferably comprise at least one carboxyl group and / or a sulfonic acid group and / or a sulfate group. In the context of the present invention, it has been found preferable that the cleaning compositions comprise at least one determined anionic surfactant. Preferred cleaning compositions according to the present invention are therefore characterized in that the cosmetic agents comprise at least one anionic surfactant derived from the group comprising (i) alkyl (alkyl) ether sulphates having 8 to 18 carbon atoms in the chain alkyl, and 0 or 1 to 6 ethylene oxide units, (ii) C12-C18 alkyl ether carboxylates, (iii) C12-C18 acylated isethionate, (iv) C12 acylated sarcosinate; C18, (v) C12-C18 acyltaurine, and (vi) mixtures thereof.
Cationic surfactants are understood to mean, according to the invention, surfactants comprising exclusively cationic fillers. The surfactants in question comprise at least one quaternary ammonium group. According to the invention, it is preferable to use certain cationic surfactants. It is therefore advantageous in the context of the present invention that they contain at least one cationic surfactant from the group comprising (i) quaternized carboxylic acid ester salts with triethanolamine, (ii) quaternized acid salts. carboxylic acid with diethanolalkylamine, (iii) quaternized carboxylic acid salts with 1,2-dihydroxypropyldialkylamine, (iv) Quaternium-92, (v) C10-C22 alkyltrimethylammonium chloride, and (vi) mixtures thereof.
The amphoteric surfactants are divided into ampholytic surfactants and zwitterionic surfactants. Ampholytic surfactants are understood to mean surface-active compounds having both acid groups (for example -COOH or -SO 3 H groups) and basic hydrophilic groups (for example amino groups) and which behave in an acidic or basic manner according to conditions. By zwitterionic surfactants, one skilled in the art hears surfactants carrying both a negative charge and a positive charge in the same molecule. According to the invention, the use of certain amphoteric surfactants has proved advantageous. Preferred cleaning compositions according to the present invention are therefore characterized in that they comprise at least one amphoteric surfactant from the group consisting of (i) (C 10 -C 18) alkylbetaines, (ii) (C 8-12) alkylamido (C 1 -C) alkyl-betaines, (iii) (C 10 -C 18) alkyl-sulfobetaines (iv) (C 10 -C 18) alkyl-amphoacetates and (C 10 -C 18) alkyl-amphodiacetates; -Ci8) alkyl-amphopropionates and (Cio-C18) alkyl-dipropionates, as well as (vi) mixtures thereof.
By nonionic surfactants is meant according to the invention surfactants having no charged group. The term "charged groups" is intended to mean both cationic and anionic groups as well as temporarily cationic and anionic groups. The permanently cationic and anionic groups have a cationic or anionic charge irrespective of the pH value. On the contrary, the temporarily cationic and anionic groups only have a cationic or anionic charge at certain pH values. According to the invention, it is preferred that the cleaning composition comprises at least one nonionic surfactant from the group consisting of (i) C10-C18 alkyl polyglucosides, (ii) sorbitan esters and sorbitan ether esters. (iii) C10-C18 carboxylic acid monoethanolamides; (iv) C10-C18 alcohol ethoxylates having 2 to 40 moles of ethylene oxide and / or propylene oxide per mole of alcohol, (v) C10-C18 amine oxides, (vi) glyceryl cocoates having 2 to 40 moles of ethylene oxide and / or propylene oxide per mole of glyceryl cocoate, and (vii) mixtures thereof.
Advantageously, the at least one surfactant in the cleaning compositions according to the invention is used in certain quantitative ranges. Preferred cleaning compositions according to the present invention are therefore characterized in that they comprise, based on their total weight, 0.5 to 60% by weight, preferably 1.0 to 50% by weight, more preferably 1 to 50% by weight. 5 to 40% by weight, particularly preferably 2.0 to 30% by weight of at least one surfactant selected from the group consisting of anionic surfactants, cationic surfactants, amphoteric surfactants, nonionic surfactants and mixtures thereof. The use of the aforementioned amounts guarantees a sufficient cleaning effect, foam quality and foam quantity. In addition, these amounts do not have a negative influence on the preservative effect of the combination of preservatives.
The cleaning compositions according to the invention comprise, as the second main ingredient b), at least a certain mixture of preserving agents. These mixtures of preserving agents have a synergistic effect with respect to the antimicrobial effect and therefore result in a particularly effective preservation of the cleaning compositions according to the invention. In addition, the amount used can be reduced by this synergistic effect, which allows to obtain cleaning compositions causing little irritation and sensitivity. In addition, the use of the preservative mixture improves the quality and quantity of foam.
The cleaning compositions according to the invention preferably have a certain weight ratio between the preserving agents included in this cleaning composition. In the context of the present invention, it is preferred that the cleaning composition has a weight ratio of the first preservative to the second preservative in the preservative mixture b) of 10: 1 to 1:10, preferably 8: 1 to 1: 8, more preferably 5: 1 to 1: 5, more preferably 2: 1 to 1: 2. The use of these weight ratios has been found to be particularly advantageous with respect to synergistic increase in the effectiveness of the preservatives of this mixture. The cleaning agent according to the invention contains the mixture of preservatives, preferably in certain quantitative ranges. Preferred cleaning compositions according to the invention are therefore characterized in that they comprise, based on their total weight, 0.001 to 10% by weight, preferably 0.005 to 7.0% by weight, more preferably 0.01% by weight. to 4.0% by weight, particularly preferably 0.05 to 2.0% by weight of at least one mixture of preservatives b). The amounts given above relate to the total amount of the preservative mixture, i.e. the mixture of the two preservatives mentioned above. The use of said amounts of mixture of preservatives results in exceptional preservation of the cleaning compositions according to the invention. In addition, it is possible to reduce the amount used due to the synergistic effect of the preservative mixture without adversely affecting the preservative power. The cleaning compositions according to the invention thus cause particularly little irritation and sensitivity.
The third main ingredient contained in the cleaning compositions according to the invention is at least one additional preservative agent c) chosen from the group comprising benzoic acid and its salts, propanoic acid and its salts, salicylic acid and its salts. salts, sorbic acid and its salts, zinc salts, one or more parabens, polyaminopropyl biguanide, phenoxyethanol, climbazole, chlorhexidine and its salts, quaternary ammonium compounds, glutaral, citric acid and its salts, and mixtures of these preservatives. The addition of this at least one additional preservative entails, in connection with the aforementioned combination of preserving agents, a synergistic increase in the conservation power.
However, it may be preferred to use, in the context of the present invention, a mixture of the aforementioned compounds as preservative c). Preferred cleaning compositions according to the invention are therefore characterized in that they comprise at least one additional preservative agent c) chosen from the group comprising benzoic acid and its salts, propanoic acid and its salts, salicylic acid. and its salts, sorbic acid and its salts, zinc salts, one or more parabens, polyaminopropyl biguanide, phenoxyethanol, climbazole, chlorhexidine and its salts, quaternary ammonium compounds, glutaral, citric acid and its salts. Other preferred cleaning compositions according to the invention are characterized in that they comprise at least two additional preserving agents c) selected from the group comprising benzoic acid and its salts, propanoic acid and its salts, the acid salicylic acid and its salts, sorbic acid and its salts, zinc salts, one or more parabens, polyaminopropyl biguanide, phenoxyethanol, climbazole, chlorhexidine and its salts, quaternary ammonium compounds, glutaral, citric acid and its salts.
In addition, advantageous cleaning compositions according to the invention are those comprising at least three additional preserving agents c) chosen from the group comprising benzoic acid and its salts, propanoic acid and its salts, salicylic acid and its salts. salts, sorbic acid and its salts, zinc salts, one or more parabens, polyaminopropyl biguanide, phenoxyethanol, climbazole, chlorhexidine and its salts, quaternary ammonium compounds, glutaral, citric acid and its salts.
Finally, cleaning compositions according to the invention comprising, as additional preservative c), a mixture of benzoic acid and its salts, propanoic acid and its salts, salicylic acid and its salts, sorbic acid and its salts, zinc salts, one or more parabens, polyaminopropyl biguanide, phenoxyethanol, climbazole, chlorhexidine and its salts, quaternary ammonium compounds, glutaral and acid citric.
In a particularly preferred manner, the cleaning compositions according to the invention comprise, as additional preservative agent c), the preserving agents mentioned in the table on pages 7 to 10 of the priority document or mixtures of these preserving agents KM1 to KM466.
In this context, it is advantageous for the at least one additional preservative agent c) to be used in a certain total amount. It is therefore preferred according to the invention that the cosmetic agents comprise, based on their total weight, 0.001 to 10% by weight, preferably 0.005 to 9.0% by weight, more preferably 0.05 to 8.0% by weight. by weight, particularly preferably 0.1 to 7.0% by weight of at least one additional preservative c). If more than one additional preservative (c) is used, the above-mentioned total amounts relate to the mixture of these preservatives. The use of said amounts of the at least one additional preservative causes, in combination with the at least one mixture of preservatives b), a synergistic increase in the conservation power.
The table on pages 11 to 25 of the priority document indicates particularly preferred embodiments AF1 to AF579 of the cosmetic agents according to the invention (all the data are expressed in% by weight). In this table, c corresponds to chloroxylenol, p to phenoxyisopropanol, u to undecylenic acid, to formic acid, pi to piroctone-olamine, s to sulfite, h to hexetidine, e to arginate, ethyl lauric * HCl, chlorphenesin, benzyl alcohol, anionic surfactant AnionT, cationic surfactant KationT, nonionic surfactant nioT and amphoteric surfactant amphoT. In the table, the indication (c + p) (1: 2) thus represents a mixture of chloroxylenol and phenoxyisopropanol in a ratio by weight of 1: 2 (relative to the total weight of the mixture). (c + p) + (u + a) represents the combination of a mixture of chloroxylenol and phenoxyisopropanol and a mixture of undecylenic acid and formic acid. AnionT + KationT represents, according to this logic, a mixture of an anonic surfactant and an amphoteric surfactant. The aforementioned preservatives or KM1 to KM466 preservative mixtures are used as additional preservative c) (referred to as KM in the table).
In embodiments AF1 to AF579, the surfactants used are preferably the aforementioned anionic, cationic, amphoteric and nonionic surfactants. The cosmetic agents AF1 to AF579 have a good cleaning effect and exceptional preservation. Thanks to the synergistic effect of the preservatives used, it is possible to reduce the amount of these agents without having a negative effect on the preservative effect. The cosmetic compositions according to the invention thus cause particularly little irritation and sensitivity. In addition, the use of the aforementioned preservative mixture can improve the quality and quantity of the foam, so that its use does not exert a negative influence on the cleaning properties.
